very pleased to have 3 images included in the blank wall gallery from Jan 4 - Jan 16. I'll be there on the 4th in the evening.
very excited to be involved in this exhibition to raise funds for gun violence - all sale proceeds went to SOS but the exhibition continues til December 23.
Paris was fantastic - a wonderful trip down memory lane and a stunning exhibition curated by Stefan Merz. The opening night had loads of people, it was teaming. I can't really explain how good it felt to be there, especially with whats going on with me at the moment. I had the opportunity to reconnect with some friends i'd met working with MSF. we had a great evening the first night, lots of talk and a wonderful local bistro. again on the opening night after seeing the show with other friends a wine bar, tapas and more good conversation and a beautiful night walk back to my apartment, courtesy of Jamila and Ovidiu.
Best of all was getting to meet some of the great polaroiders in the exhibition - although I would have liked to have met and spoken with more I was a bit overwhelmed by the amount of people and I think living on an island, albeit a beautiful one, for so many years has eaten away at my social skills, maybe I never had them to begin with. So a big thanks to Stefan for inviting me, and to Ariel for breaking through my shyness, Carmen for showing me something new and to everyone I did have the chance to speak to however briefly.
